Well if you use the DLB (remember HAL?) selling process anyway - obfuscate,

I think you hit it Jim.  Form an alliance with MS as an invitation to
purchase.  Pad your financials with service contracts to up the price.
Upset some people?  Who cares?  You hope to be sold before it really hits
the fan.

I would complain to your state's Attorney General office. Some states are
very agressive about anything that has the appearance of fraudulent
billing
practices. They are a public company on the OTC exchange. Is it possible
they are doing all this billing to make the financials look better?
See if the SEC covers them and has a place to complain.
But first you should have contact with them & see if they clear it up.
It was not hard to find contact info on their website...
