Unhappy with your offshore deal? You're not alone. A company called
Decision Design, based in the Chicago area, doubled its revenue to $5
million last year by helping unsatisfied companies replace their
offshore projects with competitively priced onshore deals. The
company says that one of the keys to keeping domestic prices low is
seeking facilities outside of high-rent areas.
