Elvis, The problem is when I try to display 'QASP01' using 'dspobjd'. It does not find it. Our IT guy saves that QASP01 is a area on the disk so is not like phyical file or device. -----Original Message----- From: Elvis Budimlic [mailto:ebudimlic@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, January 11, 2005 9:50 AM To: 'Midrange Systems Technical Discussion' Subject: RE: Help with displaying objects in 'dev/QASP01/iridiumusr.udfs' Is 'dev' in you current directory? If not, you'll need to qualify it somehow (i.e. '/dev/QASP01/iridiumusr.udfs'). Elvis -----Original Message----- Subject: Help with displaying objects in 'dev/QASP01/iridiumusr.udfs' We have started running the following command: SAV DEV('/QSYS.LIB/TAP01.DEVD') + OBJ(('dev/QASP01/iridiumusr.udfs')) + ENDOPT(*LEAVE) We get a message that no objects were saved or restored. I have tried the commands that I know to look and see if there are any objects. How can I look at this and see if it is really empty?
