I really appreciate this info from both of you
guys. The lack of information on this product
is amazing... I think they are trying to put just a
wee bit too much function into one product.

I even have a copy of the product Cdrom and there is not
one word of info on either the IPDS card or the twinax
adapter. The poor situation on manuals just keeps getting
worse.

I have wasted almost three days on a stupid printer
install with a customer that's very upset with IBM and
their printer division. A wee bit of info written down
could have saved this entire mess.

I would bitch to the Printer Division, but I don't know
if anybody actually works there anymore.

I do hope somebody at IBM has been watching this thread.
