Thanks Bob. I forgot their name but wanted to bring them up - after all
they do attend our lug on occasion.

We use IBM maintenance and are very happy with them. Their turnover is
our only concern. We lost our favorite CE a few years back in the pension
debacle. (Although where he works now still uses IBM maintenance.) We
recently lost another one when he left IBM for Jack Henry. But his kid
brother has been our CE for the last couple of years and is doing ok.
Well, I suppose one other concern is this @#$%ing bill for $759 for
support on an HMC.

Bob, I was concerned if you were still at Biomet. Heard there was some
reorganization there from the employee you "stole" from us. Still trying
to make up our minds whether to replace him or snug up our belts.

Re: IBM Maintenance alternatives

We use ServIT for IBM hardware maintenance, but I am not sure if they have

a branch in St. Louis. We have used them for years and have been very
pleased with them. Their web site is www.servit.net
