Your vendor's should be able to supply you with a list of programs they use to perform these types of operations. Since all orders come in via FTP/REXEC this is a real problem for us. <g> The first time was on our old 270, a month or more after upgrading to V5R3. The 2nd time was last night on our new 520, about 6 weeks after installing V5R3 on it, from a save of our 270. Supportline doesn't have a clue why this is happening.
