If you are downloading, what difference does it make? I always use a script file to download, that way I don't have to type in the multiple get's. I believe you can install version 5.0 as well, although you may have to explictly request the CD. The WAS Base and Network Deployment versions would require a license. A license for Express is included with OS/400.
