I have a v4r5 box. By accident, I deleted QCMDEXC from QSYS.
Unfortunately, that object seems to be involved in manymanymanymany
operations on the machine. Like RSTOBJ. Like FTP. Like OUCH!

I have another v4r5 box, so I can get a copy of QCMDEXC. The problems
seem to be:

1. I can't use FTP to PUT a savf file onto the distressed machine.
I can GET stuff off it, but I just can't PUT it. I tried FTPing from
the distressed machine to the good machine. That works, but GETting the
SAVF from the good machine fails also.

2. I saved QCMDEXC onto tape from the good machine using SAVOBJ. I
loaded the tape onto the distressed machine, but the restore fails when
it can't find QCMDEXC.

I'm afraid I'm going to have to reload the OS just to get this one
little dinky program back.

Unless any of you have any thoughts on a better way.

I'll try rebooting to see if the box is smart enough to recreate the
object. IF that doesn't work, I guess I have no choice but to reinstall
the OS and the PTFs.

Yuck.
