it might be their ISP? Several of us are complaining, and we all have
different ISPs.

Could it be your ISP? You have broadband, but is it cable? We got a letter
from our cable company (Comca$t) a while back that said that they would no
longer support VPN connections without paying for a "business class"
service. Basically the same exact service for more money that would allow
us to maintain a VPN connection. Is it a new connection or did this problem
just start?

err.... ummmm.... errr.... I am using a broadband Internet connection. I
don't know what a keepalive is, however the connection drops even when I am
right in the middle of active typing.

Our Cisco VPN connection drops us, like clockwork, after an hour. The

network guys are puzzled as to why. Any suggestions?
