Is it possible there is a setting that tells it to re-establish all
connections after 60 minutes? Or maybe connections on certain ports maybe?
Check timeout values on the keys. I saw one that was set for 1440 minutes
(24 hours) and everyday at that time it would drop all connections for a
brief moment while it re-established the keys.
I also had a Sonicwall that was timing out TELNET every 30 minutes after
no activity.

Hi Booth :-)

Are these folks connecting from home ? If so, what is the Cisco Client
riding on (i.e. dialup, DSL, cable) ?

We have a lot of folks doing this and the ones getting their internet
connection via AOL are the only ones that ever seem to get timed out.

Chuck

Our Cisco VPN connection drops us, like clockwork, after an hour. The
network guys are puzzled as to why. Any suggestions?
