Starting PC Applications

When starting a pc application from the AS/400, this is working:

STRPCCMD PCCMD(EXPLORER.EXE) PAUSE(*NO)

..and this is not:

STRPCCMD PCCMD(OPERA.EXE) PAUSE(*NO)

Explorer resides in the Windows subdirectory, and Opera resides in
'Program Files' subdirectory.  My first thought was that the path
statement was wrong, however if I type "Start opera.exe" from C:\, it
launches.  Any suggestions?
