Where can I get the New DB2 .NET provider? -- MIDRANGE-L

Hi all,

Does anyone know where I can get the new .NET data provider?  I know it
comes with V5R3 iSeries Access, but I'm not going to V5R3 any time soon,
so I was hoping there was another way to get the DLL.  Does the iSeries
have to be at V5R3 for this to work?   Has anyone here actually used
this yet?
