Restrict ability to alter variables in debugger on

Joe Pluta's Law is absolutely correct

        No matter how well you test , in a test environment, when the 'rubber 
hits the road', you just about always
        run into conditions, or unknown variables that were not taken into 
consideration when tested.

        Unfortunately, it's hard to convince the boss of that!....LOL
