Watch the wrksyssts screen and see if % system ASP used is incrementing
consistently as you watch it (F5 to refresh) to see if a current job doing
it.
What release of OS400?
Have you run the RTVDSKINF process - it catalogs all objects on system
and then run PRTDSKINF to print various reports sorted by size & use.
