We use Quadrant FastFax/Enterprise and are satisfied with it. There
are tons of options available, and you have probably already been
deluged with vendor emails.

Consider --
1. The integration required to make the new solution work,
2. the conversion work to put your faxing environment on the new stuff,
3. the programming required to convert the existing programs
4. the training effort to get users familiar with the new system

I will wager you will get to $12k pretty quickly. If the existing
system is working, I would stick with it unless there is a compelling
case otherwise. You will have enough to worry about with this
upgrade; why make more headaches?
