I say it over and over but I know it is a losing cause. Visual Age RPG is
yours already, its free, its RPG, and it works.

*sigh* but no one uses it.

Subject: Imaging interface techniques and tools

The CEO has approached me about establishing an "imaging interface" from
some of our 400 applications to a server on the network chock full of jpegs
representing our item catalog.

I know there are 3rd party options in many different forms including, i
think, some Shareware stuff (i.e. Jadvantage by Bos-a-nova has an emulator
with a "right click" string resolution to an image) that make it relatively
easy to pass a key (like an item#) through an API to connect down to a
server that has images available for viewing on the requesting PC device.

Is there an API(s)defined somewhere (maybe a TAATOOL?) that can be utilized
in house to make this type of connection? Does anyone know of any tried and
true software solutions...SHAREWARE or "Pay Per View" that you might want
to recommend?

Thanks for the time everybody.
