RE: PTF SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Rob, look at that instruction again.  If a year has passed since that
superseded PTF has been applied, (and multiple IPLs have occurred,) will you
follow the superseded PTF's special instruction for the superseding PTF's
apply?
