Rob,

QRCLSPLSTG fires on the first time after midnight that anybody on the
system looks at a spooled file selection panel, such as WRKSPLF, WRKOUTQ,
WRKJOB option 4.  It would make sense that GO CLEANUP would fire this, but
QRCLSPLSTG was introduced onto the system in V1R3, and GO CLEANUP was in
V1R1.

What is the relationship of the system value QRCLSPLSTG to the command
RCLSPLSTG?  None I suspect.  What fires off based on QRCLSPLSTG?  I assume
RCLSPLSTG.  Ok, but what tells it to run - GO CLEANUP or some other
process?
