Hi Booth,

It depends on where in qtmmsendmail you are talking about. If it is the
address parameters to the API, then you would need to translate the entire
address from the CCSID it is in to CCSID 500 (as per qtmmsendmail doco). If
it is in the stream file that is nominated to be sent, then it should be
translated from the CCSID it is in to CCSID 819 (as per RFCs).
