Having an occurrence of a delimiter character within the data itself brings a real can of worms. E.g.: 1, "Pizza 15", 5 toppings", 5, "hi ya" Hmmm... a 15" pizza with 5 toppings? Since the string delimiter is allowed inside of the delimited string, how is the field delimiter interpreted? (Ooooo... what would Excel do???)
