True.  Even though, if you are using LPAR or Capacity Upgrade on Demand, 
an HMC is required;  you can still specify that twinax be your system 
console.  Seems like a waste of money and a slot to slap in a twinax 
adapter just for a system console.  I would suspect that a bulk of NEWER 
machines probably do not have twinax leaving the computer room.

you can get twinax, and you can also specify twinax console
5540 Svs Console on Twinax WSC
having a twinax adapter does not guarantee it can be console!
