Who's mail router is that?  Usually if I specify a mail router I set
firewall to *YES to send all the mail thru the mail router.  Otherwise I
just let the AS400 talk directly over the internet to the remote SMTP server
by setting the mailrouter to *NONE and firewall to *NO.
