The second level text is a bit confusing. First it says INCREMENTS, not records. What this alludes to is perhaps there is a limit as to how many increments a file can have. And, at that point, you need to do a RGZPFM or some such thing. But then it goes on to say that if you take an I option it will increase the member by one increment.
