I'm interested in what is expected for each of the different levels of 
programmers.

What is expected of a junior programmer vs. a programmer vs. a senior 
programmer vs. a programmer analyst. 

We are basically a small RPG shop in the process of training a new 
programmerand I'm interested in what the rest of the world thinks vs. what our 
company thinks.  I've been a programmer for many years and have lost track of 
what to realistically expect from new people.
