In this case, it seems this PC is a specialized print server. You're probably better off with REXEC for this. In the past, we've had trouble from REXEC for various reasons. Usually there's a firewall involved, but many times it's simply the security options that were selected... Have you looked in Client Access Properties (Control panel) on the Incoming Remote Command tab?
