John,

What sort of services would you like an alternative to provide?   If
its basically an easy way to document, map and allow searches of all
objects on your AS/400/iSeries, I think I have an alternative for you.  
I've been using a tool out of England for about a year now that easily
graphically maps every object in the iSeries.  I can see database
relationships, search on data elements, objects, and a lot more.
