Twinax console issues on i5-520 / 550

Hello all,

for your information: when using twinax console on an i5 520/550
I had problem s at several customers to get the machine through an
ordinary IPL, it just couldn't find any console.
Solution (info from IBM hotline) was to put a patchcable (RJ45)
into the two HMC ports on the back of the machine to shortcut the
two busses, so that the machine would recognize that there is no
HMC at all on that interfaces.
Otherwise it kept on searching, this is a known issue with several
firmware(microcode) releases of the i5 5xx series.
