One other thing.  Unless you really need the function of CPYTOIMPF I 
strongly (ad infinitum) recommend you use CPYTOSTMF instead.  CPYTOIMPF 
uses the SQL CALL API's under the cover and unless you really got your 
ducks in a row with your CCSID's you WILL have issues when you upgrade to 
V5R3.  Especially with files created without dds, like files created with 
CRTPF ... RCDLEN(150) which are often used to hold data from CPYSPLF 
commands.
