Or, when I was actually ASKED about a product, I simply referred the interested party or parties to our website. I certainly never went as far as "You need Product X because if you don't, you'll get caught with your pants down," or similar hard-sells. Nor do I ever intend to; I'm a programmer, not a pitchman. -- JHHL
