I fail to see the problem here . . . it was pretty clear to me that
Milt was pitching products offered by his company.  UPI is more
assertive than most on this list, and does occasionally go overboard,
but this didn't seem like an example of that.

Are you suggesting that he should have out in a disclaimer, formally
stating this fact?
