RE: Launch Internet Browser from Green Screen

Doesn't STRPCO assume Client Access is running as the emulator?
I asked a similar question a while back and never got a satisfactory answer.
I'd like to be able to do the same thing, but using the least common
denominator emulator (like mocha) or be totally emulator independent.
