The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

The good news, Brad, is that version 5.1.2 lets you install only the CODE &
VARPG piece. Of course, that's not the version you can download, and you
wouldn't know which of the pieces to get only that piece.
It's been irritating, BTW, that PWD took away the Professional
developerWorld subscription (download only), which, IIRC, did not have the
silly 90-day trial agreement. Someone at IBM didn't like missing out on
$1700 from each PWD partner, I guess.
Being a partner makes you eligible for lower interest leases on iSeries
boxes. The trick is to load it up with software, as it is "free". It won't
help you now, but maybe later.
Membership levels are a mystery, I think. The site says everyone comes in
at the basic level, I think. Advanced and Premier are bestowed on partners
that, I suppose, help generate revenue for IBM. I would think that your
visibility in the marketplace might have something to do with it.

I know you're proably joking, but anything is thinner than
a client that is over a gig in size that you just want to
use for working with program source.
If IBM followed their own advice, you would be able to get
just that piece seperate... hopefully that would be only a
couple hundred meg... which would be "thin" for IBM.
So, this did put a huge halt to my even looking into this.
SEU works just fine.
