Art,

That version was probably put together before that became
available.  You may try changing FTP attributes so they go
to *HOMEDIR.. that will work, but it is global.

My FTPTOOL utility was just updated to allow what you're
asking, though.  You can check it out at
www.bvstools.com/ftptool.html.
