Hi,

I remember Reno very well.  It's the first COMMON where I ever spoke.  A
topic called "System Values".  I wouldn't object to Reno, but we need small
meeting rooms, and Ballies lacked this.

COMMON  also  did Reno, back in the S/38 days.  A conference fit
within  Ballys and  was  very enjoyable and affordable.  They even
arranged  for the  post conference weekend special rate of $75  for
the  entire week end. I
The other problem was since COMMON attendees were not casino people,
the  hotels really jacked up the rates to  recover revenue.

COMDEX  had  horribly  high  hotel rates year  after year in Vegas.  And
the city was one HUGE Traffic  jam.

Vegas is  a great  city  for a conference
