You have three things that SWA has traditionally had to wait for: 1. Obtaining an object lock. 2. Getting to a commitment control boundary. 3. Waiting for the change of a file through SQL or CHGPF Now they are more granular. Many commitment control users were literally locked out of SWA, and this overcomes the limitation. I have tested it, and it works well.
