Guess what, I found out that this API fails with profiles created prior to
V2R2 and migrated through the years to V5R2.  I am currently trying to test
QsyGetProfileHandle procedure but cannot make it work.  Argh!  Why does IBM
only provide "C" spec's for some of the APIs!  Argh!  Now I need to submit a
request for a fix.
