The following note is found in "XML Interface for RPG and Procedural
Languages":

   Note: Starting in V5R3M0, the XML parser QSYS/QXML4PR310
   will no longer exist. Instead, use the XML Toolkit for
   iSeries (5733XT1) to provide the latest XML parsers.

So, does the parser go from no-charge to a chargeable item?

Where does one find pricing for these LPPs?  (I thought there was a system
value that showed the tier level, but couldn't find it.)
