Motorola UDS setting

Hello All,

We have a Motorola UDS V.3400 modem connected to our AS/400.  We are working 
with a company call ChoicePoint who pull data and deliver data to our system 
through modem.  One of our operators took out the fuser to the modem and the 
setting got lost.  We tried the factory setting, but that did not work.

When they call we get:

Ringing
Training
On Line
ARA Responder


The person who set the modem up years ago has passed, and no one here or at 
ChoicePoint knows what the setting should be.


Any one out there with ideas?
