PDM/SEU require very little CPU...  The "interactive tax"
isn't an issue for a lot of us when it comes to SEU.

Well, when you're looking at selling your main data center to pay for your 
interactive tax, (anyone want to buy one?  Have one for sale.) it's pretty 
significant.  I'd argue that 3 programmers banging on SEU would be a 
freeze out on a zero interactive machine.
