restoring the system (option 22 and 23)

Hi

I tried to restore a system from 820 to another 820 machine.
Was doing exact steps as described in http://tinyurl.com/579zt

But, during the installing Operating System Operations Console disconnected,
on the panel I saw the attention light (lightning) and the SRC B9003005.

The original system's got Twinax, and the latter one's got Operation Console.
Then, I tried to do the same steps with SAVE (22 and 23) tapes from the second
machine
(I backed it up before the whole situation).
And the same error B9003005

It says :

Install fails with SRCB9003005 when the direct operational
console is told to disconnect when the PC did not receive its
normal ping in the required time.
===

I can see, the system is still  reading the tape..... :/

Anybody has a clue ? Please ?
