On current Smart-UPS models, it's a recessed ("push with a pencil or
paperclip, but not your $80 fountain pen") button on the back panel, as I
recall.

At home, I occasionally hear my ancient Back-UPS cycle its transfer switch
repeatedly, but I've never had time to grab my DVM and plug it in before
it settled down.
