Additional step in doing an unload/reload - 5722AC3

Prior to doing an unload/reload of a V5R3 machine I suggest you get the 
SNDPTFORD working over the VPN - if your network will allow it.  And after 
you do the unload/reload I suggest you test that as one of the first 
things.  Just in case you use 5722AC3 for other things.  I think that 
somewhere during the install it buries the serial number in something. 
Twice now, when doing unload/reload's to new i5's we had to follow the 3 
R's of Windows:  Reboot, Reinstall or Restore from backup.  In our case it 
was:
DLTLICPGM 5722AC3
RSTLICPGM 5722AC3 from install media
Reapply cume.
Just closed a pmr today with this issue.
