We use Patrick Townsend Alliance FTP manager with PGP.  The AS400 also can
do FTP SSL for a secure connection.  That way you do not have to encrypt the
file using PGP before sending.  www.patownsend.com from a satisfied user.

client in running V5R2
and wants the whole process to run on the 400.
