I have a CL that uses the QLIRLIBD (Retireve library description) API to do something like this. It still takes time, as the total of object sizes in a library is apparently not stored anywhere - it still has to go through all the objects, I believe. It takes less time than the DSKINF commands when all you want is libraries.

Contact me offlist if interested.

Hi all,

What's the easiest way to find out which Libraries on my system are
chewing up most of the disk space??

TIA
