RE: How to find out what is using a remote 5494?

PRTDEVADR WILL work on a 5494.
I believe you can configure a 5494 to use lu6.2 and lu2.1 support (I think,
it has been a while).  I always use(d) lu6.2.  What you are looking at is
the APPC controller, not the 5494.  The APPC controller attached to the
switched (LAN) line, and has an APPC device associated with it.  This is
used to establish the APPC connection between the host and the 5494.  You
should probably have a controller that is defined as *RMT.  This is the name
of the controller that you want to do a PRTDEVADR on.
