Thanks for that but I don't think, so the support people are in India, we are 
in The Netherlands so I don't think that it would matter.

Hi Steve,

There are products available where you can put a big screen up on a wall
where everyone can see it and then use message filtering software on your
iseries to send the important messages to it.  Quite handy when your
operators are required to monitor multiple systems such as in data centres.
It would certainly make the messages harder to ignore.

Hi Rob,

Yeah that's the problem I believe that some of our "support" team are
looking at the messages but then turning a blind eye if it looks too
difficult to fix, therein leaving the job on MSGW until I see it or someone
shouts about their job not finishing.
