For values associated with iSeries Access and iNav, the changes do not take
affect immediately unless you log off of the system(s) you are connected to
and stop iNav and restart. Rebooting will do it also :-)

If you don't do one of these things, the PC cache will get updated
eventually. This is done on a schedule. The default time period is set to
24 hours, but this is configurable. If you change the value right after the
update has occured it could be as long as 24 hours before your PC gets
updated. In practice, if you do nothing it will be updated the next day.
