It depends :-)  Seriously, depending upon the exit point that you register 
with, determines when/where you get invoked. Some exit points allow you to 
allow/deny sign-on, based upon something *your* program determines.

I *know* I'll get the list wrong, so I'll defer to someone else to answer this, 
giving the names (in order) of the exit point(s).
