Sorry. About the only other thing I can think of might only apply to V5. That was make sure you are entering the passwords in the right case. Like QSECOFR, not qsecofr. I am not so sure that an OS reload would do it. I think it remembers that in some obscure area of the system. I've done a few 'scratch the systems for resale'. Normally I tape the SST userid / password to the box. What's really strange is after doing that being told that it's one of x number of passwords. The problem is that we are not able to sign on under qsecofr or into dst. The previous owners of this machine apparently do not know the passwords either. After trying to sign on using various default passwords, the console disconnects and the machine gives us an error code of A9003C60. Is there anyway to reset the qsecofr or dst passwords without having to do a fresh install? The machine is running on v4r5.
