QBATCH3

YJARPF     FROMFILE(YEXPT/XYZ20)
(It will zip the file XYZ20 and places  zip version into IFS JAR DIRECTORY)
This command YJARPF is not zipping the file when the job is submitted to 
QBATCH3. This works interactively and also in QBATCH. I've no idea why it 
doesn't work in QBATCH3.
Anyone have idea? Jobs submitted work differently in QBATCH &QBATCH3?
